Matt Randle brings 25 years of progressive technology experience, advancing from network help desk to executive leadership. He began his career in a NOC supporting what is now PNC Bank, then went on to hold roles at IBM, VMware, and Google, leading major account deployments for Fortune 100 customers while progressing from infrastructure engineering into software and data engineering. He transitioned into executive leadership at OCLC as Executive Director of a global operations team before joining Path Robotics. As CISO and VP of Engineering at Path, Matt leads the development of autonomous welding robots powered by an AI model that can see, understand, and weld a wide variety of parts for customers. His organization spans full-stack engineering, IT operations, and test engineering.
